I see buying and selling a home as telling a story.
There are a multitude of characters that have to come together the right way to complete the whole story with a happy ending. Lenders, home inspectors, appraisers, title companies, buyers, sellers and the home itself all have an important role in that story.
Like a narrator, my role is to inform, facilitate and coordinate the characters and dialogue that occurs in the storyline so it go as smoothly as possible while providing a pressure free setting.
My goal is to provide you with helpful knowledge of the home buying and selling process that can make your experience less stressful and give you more peace of mind in your decisions.
